Our stay had some ups and downs. While the location near Disneyland is fantastic, the cleanliness and service left a lot to be desired. It was disappointing to find leftover food in our fridge and receive poor assistance from the staff. On the flip side, the room was spacious enough for our family and the kids enjoyed the character interactions during breakfast. Overall, I expected more from a Disney hotel given the price we paid.

The hotel offers an excellent location for visiting Disneyland, making it easy to access the parks. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is thoughtful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the amenities were limited due to ongoing renovations, and dining options were quite restricted, leading to some inconvenience during our stay.

Overall, this hotel offers a great location for Disney enthusiasts, with easy access to the parks and Downtown Disney. The staff provided friendly service and the cleanliness of the facilities was commendable. However, the soundproofing in the rooms could be better, and dining options were limited during our stay, making it hard to find meals without venturing out.

Rooms

The rooms appeared newly remodeled and were well decorated, but the connecting room setup led to quite a bit of noise from neighboring guests.
Service

The staff and cast members were superb, always welcoming and eager to assist, which greatly enhanced our overall experience.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic for accessing both Disney parks easily, especially with a secret entrance to California Adventure.
Dining
5.0
Dining options within the hotel were limited, leading us to seek meals outside, but there were some breakfast snacks available.
Facilities
6.0
The pool looked fun and inviting, but we didn't have time to use it, and it seemed to lack enough seating for peak times.

Pixar Place at Disneyland is a fantastic choice, especially for families with small children. The theming is incredibly immersive, and the staff goes above and beyond to create a magical experience. However, the elevator system can be quite frustrating at peak times, and the hotel is a bit of a trek from Downtown Disney and the park entrances, which might deter some guests after a long day.

Rooms
9.0
The room was spacious and featured two queen beds along with a day bed, which was easy to convert. It was clean and well-maintained, with a magnificent view of California Adventure Park.
Service
9.0
The service was warm and friendly, with the staff well-trained, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay.
Location
7.0
While adequate, the location requires a bit of walking through Downtown Disney to reach the park entrances, which can be tiring after a long day of fun.
Dining
7.0
We didn't experience the restaurant but enjoyed a cute coffee shop, although I wish the breakfast options were more varied.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had a fun pool area with a Nemo-themed splash pad that our toddlers loved, though the elevator system could be improved.

Our stay at Paradise Pier had its ups and downs. On the plus side, the hotel is conveniently located just a short walk to Disneyland, making it easy to enjoy the parks. The character breakfast was a hit with my granddaughter, despite the food being just okay. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues, including the pool being closed for renovations, which was disappointing. Overall, while it offers a good location, the experience didn't quite meet our expectations for the price we paid.

Rooms
8.0
The room was clean and spacious, featuring two queen beds and a fridge, which was handy for keeping drinks cold.
Service
6.0
The service was decent, but I expected more attentiveness and information about amenities and dining options.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, as it's an easy walk to the parks and Downtown Disney, which made our trips to the parks seamless.
Dining
7.0
The character breakfast was fun and engaging for the kids, but the food itself was overpriced for what it delivered.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were a letdown, especially with the pool closure and limited dining options available during our stay.
